So I have had the busiest year of cakes so far, and it has put me behind in posting photos of all my work. My mother constantly reminds me that I need to get my blog updated, so I better begin the process. These are for you mom!

Heather VanVooren started decorating cakes at an early age and won numerous awards for her designs. She strayed from the baking path just long enough to earn three degrees—you read that right, she has a BA and two masters!—but now she’s back on track, piping bag in hand.
